Introduction to Breadmaking

Duration: 1 day

This workshop will teach you the skill of breadmaking through practice. Each workshop will involve a maximum of 5 participants. You will learn the basics of the techniques of mixing, kneading, proving, shaping and baking bread. The workshop takes place over one day from 09:30 to 15:30 and includes refreshments and a light lunch. At the end of the day you will have a variety of breads to take home with you!

These workshops are a fun and creative hands on experience. They give you the opportunity to practice bread making in a household kitchen. The 'hands on' workshops will provide you with the skills to start producing your own tasty bread in your own kitchen. You will also be able to take home with you all the beautiful tasty bread you have made in the workshop to impress your friends and family!
