Allow our experts to organise a bespoke bike ride for you and your friends or colleagues, taking away the stress and logistical dilemmas often associated with planning longer bike rides. Our experts won’t only plan your route and organise transport for you and your bikes, but they will be on their bike beside you, guiding you throughout your ride, meaning you won’t even need to battle with maps along the way! Whether you’re planning an after work jolly, half day fundraising challenge or a long weekend on the road with good friends, we can help keep the experience hassle free and cost effective, enabling you to relax and look forward to your adventure...

Cost:

Prices vary depending on where you’d like to be collected, distance and duration of your ride, however here are some EXAMPLES:

After Work Bike Ride: Leave Cobalt Business Park in North Tyneside and cycle 20 miles to Wylam, where you have the opportunity to enjoy a hearty bar meal (at an additional cost) before you’re transported back to Cobalt.

£140 per group / divided by 14 only £10.00 pp.

Northumberland’s Stunning Coastline: Collect group from Newcastle and transport to the North Northumberland Coast near Alnwick, where you will be taken on an 18 mile bike ride through Howick, Craster and Embleton, finishing at Low Newton by-the-Sea, where you have the opportunity to enjoy refreshments from the picturesque Ship Inn, before you’re transported back to Newcastle.

£185 per group / divided by 14 only £13.22 pp

Coast-to-Coast: Collect group from Newcastle and transport to Whitehaven, from where you will begin a 2-3 day cycle ride home. You will be guided the full 147 miles of Britain’s most popular long distance cycle route, along minor roads, disused railways lines, off-road tracks and cycle paths.

£295 per group / divided by 14 only £21.08 pp

Available for groups of up to 14 individuals, including their bikes and cycling gear.

Cost includes planning your bike ride, mini bus transport with driver, bike trailer and guide.

We can make recommendations for accommodation and refreshments, however these are not included in the cost.

Cycling gear is not included, however hire can be arranged at an additional cost.
